Couldn’t be happier with the work Vince did for us with his team. The fence itself is great (for what seems to be a very reasonable price too), but arguably more important to us was the fact Vince listened to what we needed and gave his expert advice and guidance based on that, rather than steaming in with a one-size-fits-all approach that we’ve experienced with some other traders. During the work, they were always on time, clean and tidy (offering to mop up at the end of each day) and really personable too. Highly, highly recommended (we’ve already passed his number to our neighbours!)

Excellent service, really happy with the work carried out. Had a number of old fence panels and posts replaced as well as having some new fences installed. The angles the new ones had to be installed with meant it wasn’t going to be simple but Vince discussed all options and came up with a great set up.

Vince came to do a quote on our fence – it was a reasonable price in line with market value. He gave honest answers to our questions and advised us where we were not sure. He stayed in contact on the run up to the job and during the job, he checked in with us at each point of a decision being required. Thorough job and took away the rubbish with them. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and helpfully, a quote soon followed and Vince attended an on-site inspection exactly when he said he would and then confirmed his quote as a guaranteed fixed price one. Vince and his team at Capital Fencing and Patios did an exceptional job installing five 6ft panelled bays with concrete gravel boards and posts on April 15th, 2024. Vince quickly scheduled a survey and quoted me a competitive price. We set a date for the work to be carried out at a time that was good for me. Vince communicated quickly and professionally and contacted me the day before to confirm the start time. The quality of the work was top notch, and custom panels made on site where the existing posts were a bit wonky. The panels Vince recommended are very strong and pressure treated. They look and feel like they’re going to last a long time. The site was tidied at the end of the day with a lot of care as Vince knew we have a toddler running about.

Vince and his team were superb. We were delighted with everything, from initial quotation, to ongoing communication, and the work completed. They were punctual, polite, and worked very hard (in very hot weather!) to give us a super new fence and back gate – even going so far as to remove our old shed for us on their flatbed truck. Vince arrived on time and completed fitting the gate, associated posts and small amount of fencing in just a few hours. He removed the old gate and left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the quality of the gate and his work.

Vince got in touch almost immediately after I requested a quote and visited the property a few days later. Others took weeks to reply and offer quotes. He and his team answered all our questions, his communication was brilliant, no hidden costs, was personable and professional at all times. Let me start by saying that Vince is a lovely person to deal with and so helpful. Generally Vince and his team did a decent job. There were quite a few issues with the work that Vince had to rectify, which was dissapointing. However, I was understanding of the fact that he had recently had a family shock. We did have an issue when having our new gate fitted recently, as the carpenter advised that the posts that Capital Fencing had installed, were not fully level, so this made fitting the gate a challenge

Vince and his team did a fantastic job part replacing a boundary fence with concrete posts and heavy duty fence panels. Capital Fencing had done the opposite boundary fence last year and that did not move in the 75mph winds we just had ! Vince arrived precisely on time and got straight to work before I had even got the kettle on.
